At her childhood home on the lake in Saratoga Springs, once the storied Moon’s Lake House and rumored birthplace of the potato chip, Crysty and Luke gathered everyone they love into one familiar place and called it their summit. Beneath tall trees and early autumn light, with guests wiping tears during the ceremony and laughing through heartfelt toasts, they framed marriage not as a fairytale peak you conquer once but as a vantage point you reach together. And later, under string lights and a spinning disco ball, with cake bites midair and shoes abandoned on the dance floor, they proved that if love is a mountain, it helps to start at home (ideally somewhere that already knows how to slice things thin and make them legendary).
